License for Figma UI Kits

Upon purchase, the Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Figma UI kits for both personal and commercial projects. Redistribution, resale, or use in multiple projects without proper licensing is prohibited. Components from the UI kits may be incorporated into future GameUI.co products.

Client Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions provided by the Client pertaining to the Website shall become the sole and exclusive property of GameUI.co. GameUI.co retains the right to utilize, exploit, or implement such feedback in any manner it deems appropriate.

Management and Oversight

GameUI.co reserves the right to monitor and exercise control over the Website to safeguard its legal interests, intellectual property, and the integrity of the Website.

Privacy Policy

By accessing and using the Website, the Client agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy. If the Client is located outside of the United States, the laws of the United States shall govern the handling of their data.

Returns and Refunds

GameUI.co enforces a strict no-refund policy for all digital products and services, including Figma UI kits. All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued unless required by law or in the case of defective products.

Modification

Connection Interruptions

Limitations of Liability and Indemnification

Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures

Showcasing Design Work

GameUI.co may, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written agreement, exhibit or publicize the design work created for the Client in its portfolio and include components in future UI kits.

Confidentiality

The Client assumes that there is no confidentiality for information shared with GameUI.co unless otherwise specified in a separate contract provided by the Client.

Support for UI Kits

Support for Figma UI kits is included. For assistance, please use the contact page on the Website.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and GameUI.co concerning the subject matter contained herein. Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision.
